Job summary

Triunity Software is seeking a detail-driven QA Analyst to join our growing team in Dallas. You will design, execute, and maintain manual and automated tests to ensure software quality before release.

Working with developers, product managers, and stakeholders, you will verify requirements, run regression suites, and contribute to QA process improvements in an Agile environment. This role offers collaboration across cross-functional teams, exposure to modern testing frameworks like Selenium and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of QA Analyst or software testing experience
• Proficiency with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail)
• Experience with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) is an asset
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication for defect reporting
• Post-secondary education in CS/Software Eng or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases, scripts, and plans
• Identify, document, and track defects through the full bug lifecycle
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across releases
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and best practices
• Validate software releases and provide sign-off recommendations prior to deployment
