Job summary

Triunity Software is seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our New Jersey team. This role sits at the crossroads of technology and business strategy, helping drive effective solutions in a dynamic software environment.

You will gather and document requirements, translate them into functional specs and user stories, and collaborate across development, QA, and PM groups to ensure successful delivery throughout the SDLC. UAT support and change management are also part of the scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• Experience as a Business Analyst in software/tech preferred.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proficient in requirements management and documentation tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across the organization
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories for development teams
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and interviews to identify process improvements and solutions
• Develop and maintain detailed process flow diagrams, use cases, and business documentation
• Collaborate with software developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the SDLC
• Monitor project progress and ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and assist stakeholders with change management
