You will gather requirements, document BRDs, and collaborate with developers and PMs to align solutions with goals. This role supports UAT, analyzes data for improvements, and participates in Agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a business analyst or similar role.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira or Confluence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to stakeholders.
• Experience with SQL or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
