You will gather requirements, create functional specs and user stories, and collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software or tech environment.
Proficiency in requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Strong analytical and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across departments.
Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
Collaborate with software development teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
Conduct gap analysis and process mapping to identify areas for improvement.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and sprint planning sessions with cross-functional teams.
Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate that delivered solutions meet requirements.
