Formación

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software or technology environment.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with SQL or data analysis tools is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across departments.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
• Conduct gap analysis and process mapping to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with software developers, project managers, and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and workflow diagrams.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to key stakeholders.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate that solutions meet business requirements.
