You will gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications for development teams, and collaborate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to drive meaningful change.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Experience with data analysis tools and SQL is considered an asset.
