Ascent Global Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Benefits & Leave Analyst to administer employee benefit programs, manage leave processes, and ensure accurate data across the employee lifecycle. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize benefits and leave operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in benefits or leave administration, with strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, STD, and related laws. A meticulous, data-driven approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance, analytics, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in benefits or leave administration, HRIS data administration, payroll coordination, or HR reporting.
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, STD, Paid Parental Leave, and related federal/state requirements.
• Experience with data audits, eligibility reconciliations, vendor reviews, and process improvements.
• Ability to manage confidential employee information and multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Administers benefits programs and leave processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinates with carriers, brokers, payroll, and vendors.
• Prepares billing, reporting, and audits.
• Serves as subject-matter resource for benefits and leave questions.
• Maintains HRIS data integrity and confidentiality.
