Parameta Solutions is the Data & Analytics division of TP ICAP Group. The Associate Account Manager role focuses on driving revenue growth and client retention through account analysis, pipeline development, and renewal preparation, working with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.

You will identify whitespace opportunities, monitor renewal and usage metrics, maintain accurate CRM data, and develop client-ready materials while supporting contract and enablement processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Management to identify new revenue opportunities and conduct market research.

• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and expand contacts within accounts.
• Coordinate with marketing, product and customer success to align sales efforts.
• Monitor renewal metrics and provide insights and recommendations.
