iCapital is seeking an Associate Account Manager to support and grow relationships with a portfolio of clients. You will drive platform adoption, provide ongoing relationship management, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver a best-in-class client experience.

You will manage client relationships, coordinate resources, identify growth opportunities, and support strategic account plans while maintaining proactive communications and ensuring client health.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in account management or related roles.
• Experience in financial services, FinTech, or wealth management preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience developing and executing account plans and driving client engagement strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate across teams.

Responsabilités

• Manage relationships with assigned client accounts and serve as primary day-to-day contact.
• Develop and execute account plans to improve satisfaction, product utilization, and account health.
• Conduct regular client meetings and business reviews to align on priorities.
• Analyze client health, adoption, objectives, and utilization to identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead onboarding, implementation, training, and adoption to maximize engagement.
• Support renewal and growth through collaboration with Sales and Strategic Account Management.
