• Experience reviewing AR aging reports and high-volume activity.
• Excellent communication to explain findings to varied stakeholders.
• College degree not required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze aging reports, balances, payment activity and trends.
• Support credit-related activities and investigate discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain Excel reports using XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP and large data sets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and support collections when needed.
• Present findings and insights to leadership and stakeholders.
• Monitor high-volume activity and identify cash flow improvement opportunities.
