Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking an experienced AR Collections Supervisor to lead the Accounts Receivable Collections team within the Invoice-to-Cash function in our Tampa office. You will oversee Analysts and offshore partners, drive delinquency reduction, and ensure timely resolutions with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Operations.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, KPI ownership, and coaching to elevate performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of AR/B2B collections in high-volume environments.
• Experience supervising an AR/Collections team.
• Experience managing complex portfolios with large retailers.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP/CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision of AR Collections Analysts and offshore teams.
• Coach and develop team to strengthen performance and accountability.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Billing, and Finance to resolve delinquencies.
• Monitor aging, KPI performance, and portfolio risk.
• Own process improvements using data, templates, and reporting tools.
