Job summary

Harry and David, LLC is seeking a technically strong Analyst to join the Enterprise Customer Care Reporting & Analytics team. This role bridges business needs and data-driven solutions, turning complex data into clear insights.

You will work with care leaders to define metrics, ensure stakeholders have access to accurate information for decision-making, and apply skills in Snowflake, Sigma, Power BI, SQL, and Excel within a modern analytics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 1–3 years of experience working with data, reporting, analytics, databases, or related functions.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Snowflake, and Sigma with experience working with large datasets.
• Strong SQL skills and experience querying, analyzing, and validating data within Snowflake or a comparable cloud data warehouse.
• Working knowledge of SQL also with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) preferably with Microsoft Dataverse.
• Experience with analytical tools such as Python, R, VBA, or similar technologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance trends, patterns, and key drivers to identify insights and opportunities.
• Translate findings into clear insights and recommendations for business leaders.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document reporting and data requirements.
• Develop understanding of Customer Care metrics and KPIs including service level, quality, and productivity.
• Support recurring reporting needs across Enterprise Customer Care (daily, weekly, monthly, ad-hoc).
• Define and document data requirements, business rules, and reporting logic.
