Qualifications

• 5+ years in business analytics, commercial BI, or e-commerce data strategy.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex e-commerce and post-purchase dataset insights into commercial narratives and pricing models.
• Partner with Sales to build data-backed pricing materials and financial business cases.
• Track performance metrics with Merchant Success and lead renewal/expansion analytics.
• Interface with key client stakeholders to deliver tailored analytics support.
• Analyze merchant usage and product data to influence feature prioritization and roadmap.
