Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and organize raw material regulatory, technical, and sustainability documentation.
• Support chemists by ensuring timely availability of raw materials and documentation for formula development.
• Prioritize raw materials for review based on regulatory requirements and timelines.
• Track progress and maintain visibility of outstanding documentation requests.
• Partner with global R&D and PLM teams to obtain and maintain accurate raw material information.
• Identify workflows pain points and translate input into process improvements.
• Create, improve, and maintain Excel-based tools for tracking and reporting.
• Support the implementation of new software or systems for data management.
• Develop simple digital solutions to improve operational efficiency and data quality.
• Assist with documentation and process mapping to define procedures.
• Prepare basic training materials and support users of digital tools.
• Perform administrative duties and data entry to keep records up to date.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in data management and automation.
