Job summary

Evermark is seeking an R&D Raw Material Consultant to support the R&D Operations team in building and maintaining accurate, compliant raw material and formula data within the SpecRight PLM system. This role collaborates with suppliers, CMOs, and internal teams to close documentation gaps and keep records current for decision making.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of industry experience in R&D operations or raw material management.
• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, engineering, or biology (Master’s preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Experience with data entry and PLM systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with suppliers/CMOs.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Standardize and harmonize raw material records in SpecRight PLM.
• Coordinate with suppliers and CMOs to obtain COAs, SDS and regulatory docs.
• Maintain open documentation log and track supplier deliverables.
• Organize specifications and SDS with version control.
• Support continuous improvement in R&D data processes.
