Job summary

Globalchannelmanagement is seeking a Data Coordinator to bridge technical data, supplier compliance, and R&D operations. You will manage raw material documentation, support chemists, and build Excel tools to keep our global data accurate and moving efficiently.

You will collaborate with global teams to validate information, drive workflow improvements, and roll out new software systems, while creating training materials for internal teams.

Qualifications & Skills

• Excel Expert:Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, data organization, and reporting; automation/VBA is a plus).
• Technical Mindset: A background in science or engineering is preferred to understand our raw materials and technical documentation.
• Fast Adaptability:Strong ability to quickly learn, adapt to, and navigate brand-new software and internal digital systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Material Documentation:Collect, review, and organize raw material regulatory, technical, and sustainability documents from suppliers and internal databases.
• Support Formula Development:Assist chemists by prioritizing and sourcing the exact raw materials needed for upcoming formulation projects.
• Track & Prioritize Requests:Maintain clear visibility on outstanding supplier document requests; prioritize reviews based on business needs and project timelines.
• Collaborate Globally:Partner with global R&D and product lifecycle management teams to obtain and validate raw material information.
• Drive Process Improvements:Observe current workflows, map out administrative pain points, and translate needs into actionable workflow improvements.
• Advance System Capabilities:Create and maintain advanced Excel tracking tools while supporting the team with the rollout and adoption of new software systems.
• Create Training Material:Assist with standard documentation, process mapping, and basic computer training materials for internal teams.
