Job summary

Wyld is seeking a Data Coordinator to manage and harmonize data across departments and systems in a fast-paced environment. You will support product launches, inventory accuracy, and reporting integrity, working with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and governance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in data coordination or related roles.
• Experience across multiple systems or ERP platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and data confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Enter, maintain, and update organizational data across multiple systems and platforms.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, and Finance to verify data accuracy.
• Conduct routine audits to ensure data integrity and resolve inconsistencies.
• Develop and maintain data management processes and documentation.
• Generate reports and support operational, inventory, and product initiatives.
