Wyldcanna in Clackamas, Oregon (Corporate) is seeking a Data Coordinator to manage and maintain accurate organizational data across multiple systems. You will support the full data lifecycle from entry to validation, ensuring consistency across Product Development, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, and Finance.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in data coordination or supply chain support, strong Excel skills, and proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 2+ years in data coordination or data-related roles.
• Experience with BOMs, inventory systems, or PLM preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business systems.
• Strong attention to detail and data confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Enter, maintain, and update data across internal systems and platforms.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance on data submissions.
• Perform routine audits to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
• Develop and document data management processes and standards.
• Generate reports and support operational, inventory, and product initiatives.
• Assist with special projects and product launches as needed.
