Job summary

Wyld is seeking a Data Coordinator in Clackamas, Oregon to manage and maintain accurate data across multiple departments and platforms. You will support product launches, inventory accuracy, and reporting by coordinating with Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance.

The role emphasizes data integrity, cross-functional collaboration, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. The position is based in our Oregon corporate offices with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data coordination, data entry, operations support, supply chain, or related admin roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other business software.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and systems.
• Experience maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Enter, maintain, and update data across internal systems and platforms.
• Manage BOMs, SKU data, packaging specs, pricing, and inventory records.
• Audit data for accuracy, consistency, and compliance across systems.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, and Finance on data submissions.
• Generate reports and support data requests for operational initiatives.
