Boly:Welch is recruiting for a Data Coordinator in Lake Oswego, Oregon. This on-site role focuses on meticulous record-keeping, collaboration, and Excel expertise to manage internal data and support downstream systems.

You will update users on timelines, participate in onboarding, and secure reference data for new customers and vendors. Power BI experience is a plus, with a comprehensive benefits package after the contract.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of data entry, records management or CRM data experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or data management.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Power BI experience is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pipeline of internal data and update users on timelines and resolutions.
• Assist with onboarding processes and secure reference data for new customers and vendors.
• Analyze and perform complex data updates within the master data platform.
• Collaborate with customer experience and delivery teams to align updates with downstream systems.
• Ensure compliance with operating procedures and work instructions.
