Qualifications

• Educational level typically acquired through completion of high school.
• One year of administrative support experience.
• Two years of administrative support experience, including one year equivalent to a DataCoding Operator 6, involving data coding/entry.

Responsibilities

• Enter vehicle information into the Fleet Management System (M5) and the Vehicle Request Database (VRD).
• Enter vehicle information into the Fleet Management System (M5).
• Scan and maintain vehicle information into an electronic vehicle database (Content Manager).
• Run monthly reports utilizing Excel, Access, M5, and FleetView and distribute reports to various departments.
• Receive, organize and maintain accurate drop ship dealer data.
• Assist other staff as needed.
