Responsibilities

• Oversee the functioning of the Vital Records Internal Control Unit including Changes Sub-Unit and Vital Records Maintenance and Monitoring Sub-Unit.
• Develop and implement plans to improve accuracy and efficiency in responding to customer requests for changes or corrections to vital records.
• Review documentation, determine eligibility for establishment or changes of vital records, and make decisions on complex amendment requests.
