Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory administrative support experience equivalent to the 9-level in state service.
• Two years of experience performing administrative support activities equivalent to the 9-level in state service.
• Three years of experience as a technician or paraprofessional, including one year of experience equivalent to the experienced level in state service.
• Possession of a Bachelor's degree and one year of professional experience may be substituted for the experience requirement.

Responsibilities

• Research, collect, consolidate, review, and maintain program data for DRPS analysts and managers.
• Review operations and recommend policy/procedure changes for efficiency.
• Design surveys and studies; draft reports for Section and Division review.
• Assist with testing and resolution of driver corrections as a back-up to the Section analyst.
