Job summary

Daksta is seeking a skilled MEP Project Manager for data centre projects, leading end-to-end management of MEP systems, ensuring on-time delivery and budget control. The role requires collaboration with design, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to drive project success.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 5+ years in MEP project management, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP project management, with a focus on data centre construction.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, fire protection, and plumbing.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end MEP management for data centre construction projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors to meet quality standards and contractual obligations.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental regulations compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
