Job summary

Daksta is seeking a Senior MEP Project Manager to lead planning, design, and execution of MEP systems for commercial construction projects in the Boston area.

The role requires 8–10 years of experience in MEP project management, strong leadership and communication, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. PMP certification is preferred. The position offers opportunities for growth within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in MEP project management within commercial construction.
• Proven expertise managing large-scale commercial projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with project management software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with design and construction teams to align project goals.
• Review and approve drawings, specifications, and plans.
• Monitor progress and address deviations from schedule or budget.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Lead project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors for timely delivery of materials and services.
• Troubleshoot technical or logistical challenges as they arise.
