The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, coupled with a proven track record of delivering large-scale data centre projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end management of MEP systems for data centre construction projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans. Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring quality standards and contractual obligations are met. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and opportunities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP project management, with a focus on data centre construction. Day-to-Day

Collaborate with design and engineering teams to review and approve MEP plans and specifications. Monitor project progress and address any deviations from the schedule or budget. Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback. Manage procurement processes for MEP equipment and materials, ensuring timely delivery. Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems. Resolve technical and operational challenges to maintain project momentum. Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and properly archived.
