Job summary

Darwin Recruitment is seeking an experienced MEP Manager to oversee the coordination and delivery of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and low-voltage systems on major construction projects.

You will manage MEP subcontractors, coordinate installation activities, resolve design issues, and support commissioning and project turnover. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of MEP experience on data center or complex commercial builds with strong leadership to align owners, contractors, and field teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of MEP construction, coordination, project management, or superintendent experience.
• Experience working on data center, mission-critical, hyperscale, or complex commercial projects.
• Extensive understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and low-voltage systems.
• Proven experience managing MEP subcontractors and installation activities.
• Strong experience with MEP coordination, constructability reviews, and design coordination.
• Experience managing MEP schedules, procurement, resources, and project delivery.
• Experience supporting commissioning, system start-up, and project turnover.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the coordination and delivery of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and low-voltage systems across major construction projects.
• Manage MEP subcontractors and coordinate installation activities.
• Resolve design and constructability issues and support commissioning and project turnover.
• Review contract documents, drawings, scopes, and technical requirements.
• Coordinate with owners, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
