Job summary

Accenture Construct is hiring a senior Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale programs onsite with clients. You will manage schedules, budgets, and teams across data center, grid, and infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.

You will coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers, drive risk mitigation, and leverage advanced construction management tools to track progress and report performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Construction Project Management.
• Thorough knowledge of construction processes, management techniques, methods and materials.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or a related field (+)
• Experience working on hyper-scale data centers is a plus.
• Outstanding negotiating skills.
• Team player with strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction planning to final punch list and closeout.
• Lead and mentor on-site superintendents, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within financial targets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and building codes across all job sites.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, solving problems and resolving issues before they impact schedule or budget.
• Review and approve submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress payments to maintain project documentation and financial control.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control audits to ensure workmanship meets project specifications and company standards.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to secure reliable partnerships and pricing.
• Leverage construction management software and technology to streamline processes, track progress, and report on KPIs.
