Job summary

Nscale is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead its colocation-focused data center construction programs. You will oversee schedule, budget, quality, safety, and risk across active sites, with direct reporting to senior leadership.

You will manage GCs, preconstruction, scheduling, cost, and EHS functions, ensuring consistent execution and escalation where needed. This role requires travel and on-site leadership across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction management experience, including data center programs.
• Experience leading multi-site programs and overseeing senior project leaders.
• Strong CPM scheduling, budget control, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior oversight of the overall construction program across sites.
• Act as escalation point for schedule, cost, quality, and safety issues.
• Own master program schedule and budget; report to Director and executives.
• Review significant change orders and contract modifications before sign-off.
• Chair major meetings and negotiate with GC teams and vendors.
• Mentor direct reports and enforce reporting standards and quality.
• Coordinate resources and vendor allocation to meet program priorities.
• Oversee commissioning, turnover, and closeout at the program level.
