Nscale is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead the colocation data center construction programs, accountable for schedule, budget, quality, safety, and risk across active sites. You will supervise GCMs, Preconstruction Manager, Scheduler, Cost Manager, and EHS Manager while aligning execution with strategic priorities.

The role requires prior success in large multi-site programs, strong leadership, and the ability to negotiate with contractors and vendors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction management experience with large programs.
• Experience managing multiple site teams and program controls.
• Strong CPM scheduling, budgeting, and contract admin skills.
• Ability to read civil, structural, architectural and MEP docs.
• OSHA 30 certification and valid driver license; travel between sites.

Responsabilités

• Provide senior-level oversight of the overall construction program across sites.
• Act as primary escalation point for schedule, cost, quality, and safety issues.
• Own master program schedule and budget; report to Director and executives.
• Review and approve major change orders and contract modifications.
• Chair meetings and represent Nscale in negotiations with GC, design teams, and vendors.
• Mentor direct reports and enforce consistent reporting standards.
• Coordinate cross-project resources and vendor allocations.
• Oversee commissioning, turnover, and closeout at the program level.
• Identify and mitigate program-level risks and ensure contract compliance.
