Align is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the fit‑out of hyperscale data centres in the Detroit metro area. This full-time position involves managing tenant fit‑out construction, coordinating trades, and ensuring quality control while meeting mission-critical infrastructure deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10+ years of relevant construction management experience and strong problem-solving skills. The role includes approximately 50% travel outside of the Detroit area.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of construction management experience in mission‑critical or data centre environments.
• Strong ability to manage subcontractors and maintain project schedules.
• Familiarity with low voltage cabling systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction management for data centre fit‑out projects.
• Oversee installation of structural systems and power distribution.
