Job summary

RiseMe seeks a Data Center Chief Engineer to maintain and manage all mechanical, electrical and IT systems across the facility footprint. You will lead maintenance programs, draft SOPs and SOPs, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure continuous uptime.

You will oversee budgets, project plans, and change management while mentoring staff and advancing best practices for critical infrastructure and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Data Center environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical systems, Fire/Life safety, and control systems.
• EPA Section 608 Technician Certification - Universal Type is highly desired.
• Experience supervising others and managing projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 100% uptime in Colocation data center.
• Draft and Maintain SMRs and periodicities for each facility.
• Ensure maintenance processes and frequencies are completed as prescribed.
• Directs and inspects work by outside contractors.
