Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance organization, plan, organize, and execute preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance across production equipment, facilities, and infrastructure.

You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Safety, and Quality to maximize uptime, drive continuous improvement, manage budgets and capital projects, and mentor a team of supervisors and technicians.

Qualifications

• Lead and manage all maintenance operations, including preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities.
• Develop and execute maintenance strategies that improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and control costs.
• Establish maintenance goals, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive operational excellence.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment, utilities, buildings, grounds, and support systems.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all maintenance operations, including preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities.
• Supervise Maintenance Supervisor and maintenance personnel across assigned shifts or locations.
• Develop and execute maintenance strategies that improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and control costs.
• Establish maintenance goals, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive operational excellence.
• Manage capital projects, maintenance spending, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, regulatory, and company standards.
• Direct maintenance planning and scheduling activities to minimize production disruptions.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment, utilities, buildings, grounds, and support systems.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, productivity, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to support production objectives.
• Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Lead capital improvement, equipment installation, and facility upgrade projects.
• Develop and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Ensure proper inventory levels of spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop maintenance personnel and future leaders.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure effective use of computerized maintenance management systems
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
