Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a Data Center Support Technician to safeguard the facility's operational integrity at the H5 Data Centers. You will manage physical security, access control, surveillance, and act as the main contact for customer engagements, calls, and ticket processing.

The role covers monitoring of building management systems, power, cooling, fire systems, IT networks and servers, and coordinating incidents with on-site personnel and vendors.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).
• Familiar with physical security protocols.
• Customer service experience.
• IT system qualifications will be required if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee video surveillance and access control at the data center.
• Handle customer requests via phone, e-mail and portal; manage ticket queues.
• Monitor building systems health through BMS, power, cooling and fire systems.
• Coordinate incidents: initial response, vendor dispatch, escalations, crisis management.
