Applied Digital is seeking a Data Center UPS Subject Matter Expert to oversee and optimize UPS infrastructure across our data center environments. The role emphasizes reliability, performance, and integration with generators and switchgear.

You will lead design, maintenance, and troubleshooting, working with electrical engineers, operations staff, and vendors to minimize downtime and ensure high availability of critical loads.

Competenze

• 5–7+ years hands-on UPS experience in critical power environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Electronics, or related field preferred.
• Certifications in UPS brands or electrical safety standards are a plus.

Mansioni

• Act as the go‑to technical expert for UPS system architecture, sizing, and fault analysis.
• Lead preventive maintenance, battery testing/replacement, and component replacements.
• Troubleshoot UPS failures and power quality issues in data center environments.
• Develop and update documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
• Provide on‑call support and contribute to disaster recovery planning.
