Job summary

Salute Inc. is seeking a Data Center Electrical Subject Matter Expert to lead electrical power and control systems for mission‑critical data centers.

The role requires hands‑on expertise with UPS, switchgear, and distribution, guiding safety and reliability initiatives on-site in Afton, TX. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of experience, a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, and strong knowledge of NFPA 70E/NEC/OSHA.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
7–10 years of experience with electrical systems design, maintenance, or operations.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and maintain switchgear, UPS, and distribution systems.
Strong understanding of NFPA 70E, NEC, OSHA, and industry safety standards.
Experience with data center electrical infrastructure and critical facilities.

Responsibilities

Serve as onsite technical resource for electrical infrastructure.
Develop SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs related to electrical systems and procedures.
Support the design, testing, and maintenance of low- and medium‑voltage power distribution, UPS, and battery systems.
Oversee electrical troubleshooting, retrofits, and maintenance activities, ensuring safety standards.
Collaborate with client representatives and Salute teams to align procedures and reporting.
