Anthropic is seeking several Strategic Deals Leads to focus on compute and infrastructure partnerships. You will source opportunities, design partnerships, and negotiate high-value agreements with major technology companies, tying deal terms to structured finance solutions.

Your work will directly influence how Anthropic scales compute capacity. Responsibilities include end-to-end deal management, financial modeling, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, and legal teams.

Qualifications

• Originating, structuring, negotiating, and closing complex, high-value technology or infrastructure transactions as the lead negotiator.

Responsibilities

• Own deals end to end in your focus area, from opportunity identification to close and post-close execution.
• Lead negotiations for complex, high-value agreements with hyperscalers, cloud providers, and hardware suppliers.
• Bring capital markets and financing thinking to every transaction, including vendor financing and project finance.
• Build financial models and term analyses to compare supply options and inform leadership decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to translate requirements into viable deal terms.
• Develop senior relationships across commercial, finance, product, and legal teams.
