Job summary

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to multiple facilities for training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical training programs for technicians and engineers.
• Create training materials: presentations, hands-on exercises, SOPs, assessments.
• Lead new employee onboarding and ongoing professional development.
• Design competency-based training tracks for different skill levels.
• Coordinate with manufacturers for specialized training on critical systems.
• Evaluate training effectiveness via assessments and performance metrics.
• Maintain training records, certifications, and compliance documentation.
• Support incident response training and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with operations to identify skill gaps and solutions.
