Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Technical Trainer (DCEO Trainer-CLT) to design and deliver training for Data Center Communities operations. You will manage new hire training, ensure readiness to operate critical infrastructure, and continuously improve training materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or 2+ years of experience in industrial electrical or mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver instructor-led training sessions covering data center operations and critical infrastructure.
• Manage logistics of new hire training including scheduling, classroom coordination, and lab space usage.
• Maintain instructor qualifications and perform certification observations.
• Monitor trainee progress and address behavioral or policy issues.
• Process training completions and maintain accurate training records.
