Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of test engineering experience with knowledge of standard Design for Test (DFT) techniques and Cisco/industry testing methodologies.
• Proficient in programming, specifically Python and Bash.
• Strong coding standards adherence.
• Familiar with version control and CI tools such as Github and Jenkins.
• Experience in manufacturing and hardware testing, including debugging and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end test development of data center switching products; develop test automation scripts using Python.
• Support EMS partners and product-related testing issues; collaborate to implement test strategies, plans, and processes.
• Generate product-specific test plans and drive test coverage based on requirements; design, build, and deploy test platforms for Cisco's global manufacturing partner.
• Analyze and root-cause manufacturing yield issues and field escapes; drive improvements and preventive measures.
• Specify, develop, and procure test equipment, fixtures, and solutions; define debug processes for test engineers in manufacturing sites.
