Job summary

Schneider Electric in the United States is seeking an experienced System Test Leader to drive verification, integration, validation, and test automation for Data Center solutions.

You will lead testing across power infrastructure, including distribution and protection, collaborating with R&D teams to ensure safety, reliability, interoperability, cybersecurity, and scalable performance in mission-critical data centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in test leadership across R&D or datacenter projects.
• Experience in datacenter solution test environments.
• Proven ability to define test strategies and plans.
• Experience leading go/no-go decisions based on test results.
• Expertise in regression, functional, performance, and integration testing.
• Mentoring test engineers to improve fundamentals.
• Ability to architect test plans, cases, and automation sequences.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement test strategies, plans, and frameworks for data center solutions.
• Review requirements and specs to align test coverage with product expectations.
• Define reliability, resiliency, and performance testing for data center apps.
• Coordinate system integration testing across hardware, firmware, software, networking, and cloud.
• Support cybersecurity validation and secure development practices.
• Provide go/no-go recommendations on solution readiness.
• Mentor test engineers to elevate testing fundamentals.
• Lead test status reporting and key quality metrics to stakeholders.
• Guide go/no-go release decisions based on coverage and stability.
• Continuously refine testing processes to maintain high quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve test coverage.
