Job summary

A major cloud service provider in Clifton, NJ seeks a Data Center Technician. In this role, you will ensure data center operations run smoothly through hardware and network troubleshooting, and provide critical support in a collaborative environment. Ideal candidates have at least 18 months of IT experience and can work a flexible schedule. Qualifications

• 18+ months experience in computer/server hardware troubleshooting.
• 18+ months experience in layer 1/2 networking including troubleshooting.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance on hardware.
• Serve as a contact point for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in on-call duties and scheduled maintenance.
