Qualifications
0–2 years in a data center, IT operations, or inventory/asset management role
Responsibilities
Manage and track IT hardware assets and components across the data center.
Maintain accurate inventory records in the asset management system.
Coordinate incoming and outgoing equipment with vendors and internal teams.
Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and storage of all assets.
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Collaborate with vendors on RMA orders and asset lifecycle planning.
Assist engineers with network operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Support installation, monitoring, and upgrades of network communication systems.
Collect and analyze network traffic data.
Perform basic technical troubleshooting and document resolutions.
Skills
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Familiarity with asset and inventory management systems
Basic understanding of network infrastructure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
Comfortable with hands‑on physical tasks
Education
Associate degree or certificate in Computer Science, MIS, or related field
