Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues on servers, storage systems, and network devices.
• Install and maintain servers, network equipment, and cabling.
• Track, document, and close service requests accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to resolve technical challenges.
• Participate in training programs to stay current with emerging technologies.
• Assist in hardware inventory management and lifecycle tracking.
• Support MAC moves/adds/changes during data center upgrades.
• Adhere to site security protocols and document all activities.
