Job summary

CoreSite, a leading data center provider, is seeking a Data Center Operations Technician II for the Swing shift (LA2). The role spans security, telecom standards, customer build-outs, and incident response to maintain critical facility operations.

Responsibilities include cable termination, CMMS usage, asset management, and adherence to SLA timelines. The ideal candidate will have basic data center knowledge and strong teamwork in a 24x7 environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or greater required.
• 2+ years of experience in facilities or telecom industry preferred.
• Be able to pass extensive background check including DMV and credit checks.

Responsibilities

• Manage building service requests through resolution.
• Perform and complete work orders and customer service tickets in a timely manner (Trouble Ticket Management).
• Remote Hands Management and Work Order Completion Process.
• Cable termination and testing; rack and stack; infrastructure projects.
