Job summary

CoreSite is seeking a Data Center Technician II in Los Angeles to support day-to-day data center operations, including security, telecom standards and customer build outs. You will respond to incidents, manage work orders, and ensure SLA compliance while collaborating with contractors and internal teams.

The role requires a High School Diploma or better and 2+ years in facilities or telecom, with flexibility for non-standard hours and ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or greater.
• 2+ years of experience in either facilities or telecom industry.
• Be able to pass an extensive background check, including criminal history, personal references, employment and education verifications, and Department of Motor Vehicle and credit check.

Responsibilities

• Manage building service requests through resolution.
• Remote Hands Management.
• Cage and Cabinet Build-Outs.
• Overhead Installations.
• Rack and Stack.
• Monitor mechanical, electrical, fire life safety, telecom, and security systems.
• Provide day-to-day exceptional customer service and support.
