CoreSite is hiring a Data Center Technician II in Los Angeles, CA. You will help maintain operational integrity, security, and regulatory compliance across the data center, handling routine tasks and learning policies to support customer needs.

The role includes shift-specific duties, incident escalation, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment with a focus on customer service and reliability.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of cabling media types.
• Understanding of 568A/568B color codes.
• Experience in facilities or telecom is a plus.
• Ability to work non-standard hours and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Manage work orders and service tickets promptly.
• Perform remote hands and site maintenance tasks.
• Support security and access control operations.
• Assist with asset and inventory tracking.
• Ensure SLA-compliant data center operations.
