CoreSite is seeking a Critical Operations Engineer II to join the Data Center Operations team on the swing shift (3:00pm-11:30pm, Tue-Sat). You will operate and maintain mission-critical electrical, mechanical, and life-safety systems to ensure uptime and reliability, while mentoring teammates and improving core procedures.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Deep understanding of data center electrical and mechanical infrastructure.
• Knowledge of NEC/NFPA/OSHA and fire life safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot critical electrical, mechanical, and life-safety systems to ensure uptime.
• Perform facility inspections, respond to abnormal conditions, and document findings.
• Track, trend, and analyze system performance; manage work orders with CMMS.
