You will create and maintain technical documentation and transfer knowledge to junior staff, while managing basic system administration tasks, including remote access and scripting for automation.

The role involves executing small projects, supporting management, and acting as the first escalation point for junior technicians with strong attention to detail.

• Innovate and make decisions, while also taking direction and paying attention to detail.
