Job summary

Technibus, Inc. is seeking a Technician I - Data Center Services in Canton, Mississippi. This role involves supporting both the Physical and Virtual Infrastructure and implementing best practices in data center operations.

Responsibilities include hardware installation and support, asset management, and maintaining a safe operating environment. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in data centers, a high school diploma, and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years working in data centers, operations or related technical field.
• Basic understanding of AC/DC power principles and data center best practices.
• General knowledge of server/network equipment and software support configurations.

Responsibilities

• Support and complete all scheduled data center Moves/Adds/Changes (MACs).
• Complete hardware support work orders involving hardware and cabling MACs.
• Coordinate equipment installation and delivery schedules.
